New construction of a 300sf detached music studio. Special sound-proofing construction included staggered stud framing, acoustical insulation & caulking, double-gypsum & mass-loaded vinyl (MLV). Also included pitched open-beam ceiling, all electrical, stucco, roof & carpeting.
